GENERAL CONDITIONS OF RENTING, PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA AND COOKIES
GENERAL CONDITIONS RENTAL OF HOLIDAY HOUSE VILLA BOHINJ, UKANC 59
The company I.MAN d.o.o. rents a holiday house at the address Ukanc 59, 4265 Bohinjsko Jezero. Holiday time is possible throughout the year, with a minimum stay of 4 days between the year and 7 days for Christmas New Year holidays, for a maximum of 6 people (4 + 2). The tenant who pre-booked the holiday house has the advantage of staying.
The object of the lease is a holiday home:
day space (with leather corner seating, spacious dining corner, open fireplace and 55 “LCD 3D TV)
kitchen (with stove, microwave oven, oven, dishwasher, freezer, refrigerator and all accessories)
double bedroom (with double bed, bed linen, LCD TV and computer corner)
bedroom 1 (bed with extra bed, bedding and wardrobe)
bedroom 2 (bed with extra bed, bedding and drawer)
bathroom (with toilet, shower and washbasin)
balcony on the 1st floor (exit from the double bedroom)
covered picnic area with an outside fireplace
parking space (for up to 3 cars).
other: high speed WiFi internet, SIOL internet TV (Siol BOX)
General
The lessee with a payment of 30% of the total rental price confirms the reservation of the declared termin, the remaining 70% of the rental price is settled when the keys are accepted at the reception desk. By paying, costumer acknowledges that he is acquainted and agrees with the general conditions of rent published on the website www.villa-ukanc.si.
The lessor reserves the right to change the general conditions of rent without prior notice. He will publicly announce the new conditions on his website.
The lessor is not liable for the renter’s items and the money that is located in the building, for vehicles in the parking lot next to the house.
By signing the Rental Agreement, the tenant undertakes to declare and settle any damage that may be caused by the lessor.
Reservation
The renter can book the rental period in writing via electronic or regular mail, via phone or website www.villa-ukanc.si. It can also reserve the capacity through intermediary sites, such as www.booking.com and similar websites.
On payment, the lessee agrees with the general terms and conditions. The rental agreement is signed by the lessee upon handover in Bohinjska Bistrica, at the reception office.
By signing, the lessee guarantees that he has provided the landlord with accurate and true information. The contract is binding on both parties.
After payment of the entire purchase price, the lessor shall issue to the lessee the invoice for the total value of the lease.
Payment
When booking a Villa on the website www.villa-ukanc.si, the lessee has several deposit options in the amount of 30% of the total amount:
The first option is a payment through a bank transfer. To your email address, the lessee receives an instruction for payment of the reservation. If the amount is not settled within three working days, the lessor considers that the leaseholder has canceled the order, so he can offer the capacity to the other party. Payment information by bank transfer is sent to leaseholder via the confirmation email.
The second option is payment through PayPay payment system, whereby through the process you can also use Visa or MasterCard card payments.
The remaining 70% value of the purchase price is settled when the keys are accepted at the receiving office.
The client is obliged to pay a tourist tax, which is for adults 1.27 EUR / day and for children from 7 to 18 years 0.65 EUR / day.
Prices
Rental prices are published in EUR and contain value added tax.
The price of the entire holiday home Villa Bohinj is published on the website in EUR currency with VAT for one day of stay. Minimum booking time is 4 days. The maximum number of people who can stay at the same time is 6 (1 room with double bed, 2 rooms with 1 bed + 1 extra bed).
The landlord reserves the right to change prices.
Cancellation of reservation
The lessee has the right to cancel the reservation of capacity in regardless of the reason for the cancellation. In this case, the landlord has the right to costs return.
The amount of costs return depends on the time when the lessor has given up dismissal:
- more than 14 days before the start of the lease: the landlord returns to costumer (1/2) half of the paid deposit that costumer made at the time of booking
- less than 14 days before the start of the lease: the lessor keep 40% deposit payment that costumer pay by booking
Regarding the canceled term and the damage caused according to the above paragraph, the lessor returns within 8 days the proportionally calculated part of the purchase price paid by the lessee at the time of booking.
In any case, the lessor does not return the remaining rent to the lessee, even if he leaves the apartment prematurely regardless of the reason.
Take over the object, hand over the building
The keys to the holiday home are at the address LD TOURISM, MENCINGERJEVA 10, 4264 BOHINJSKA BISTRICA, Slovenia (you can also see the working hours of the agency on the link). Keys can take over after settling the entire amount of the rent. With the landlord, you can meet on the day of the settlement at 11:00, or at some other hour, if the agency agree. At the time of handover, costumer must signing a Rental Contract and registering the number of persons (all should have an identity card or other legally valid document).
The keys of the holiday home must be returned to address LD TOURISM at 11:00 on the day of departure from the capacity. Then, according to the number of registered persons, their age and number of overnight stays costumer must also paid the tourist tax.
Other
Domestic animals are not permitted to enter the apartment’s premises, except with the prior consent of the lessor.
Smoking is prohibited in the apartment.
The tenant uses all the appliances in the apartment in accordance with the instructions for safe use and care of the equipment as a good master.
In so far as it deliberately or negligently causes damage, it is obliged to inform the lessee of this and cause the damage caused to be settled.
If there is any damage or damage to the apartment, the lessor is obliged to inform the owner of the property (Mr Ivo Gorkič, gsm: +386 40 844 002).
When leaving, renters must wash the dish, remove the waste and empty the fridge. The apartment is cleaned by the landlord.
The rental price includes:
stay in the cottage with all the equipment
consumed electricity and water
kitchenware and accessories
bedding
parking.
The rental price does not include:
tourist tax
Conflict solving
In the event of a dispute which can not be settled by agreement between the parties, the court in Ljubljana shall have jurisdiction.
PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Owner I.MAN d.o.o. it undertakes to protect all the information obtained in accordance with the Personal data protection act. The landlord agrees to use these for further information in connection with the reservation.
We collect your personal information only if this is absolutely necessary (for reservation of accommodation). By reservation, you agree to collect personal information that you have provided us with: Name, Last name, Address, Postal code and mail, Country, Email, Telephone, Message (optional). The information you provide us in this way is necessary for booking the term and for creating a preinvoice for payment (Bank payment). We can not collect your personal data when you paying via PayPal; we only receive payment confirmation from PayPal. Your correspondence with PayPal is subject to their terms of service, and you are being redirected to their website for payment.
We collect personal information strictly in accordance with the purpose for which you have provided us. We collect personal information based on your consent. Any reservation with us implies acceptance of these general terms and conditions.
We keep the personal information you have provided to us until the cancellation. You can change / revoke your personal data processing consent at any time. Revocation of consent does not affect the legality of data processing prior to cancellation. All other personal data in the context of contractual cooperation shall be kept in accordance with applicable law.
We will not transfer personal data to third parties and will not publicly disclose them, except for the selected contract partners (Intermediary agency: LD turizem, Mencingerjeva 10, 4264 Bohinjska Bistrica), which is also bound by the General regulation on the Protection of personal data. We will not transfer personal information to a third country or organization.
According to the General regulation on the Protection of personal data, you have the right to access data relating to you, the right to correct data, the right to restrict processing, the right to delete data, and the right to transfer data. Any right under the General regulation on the Protection of personal data may be enforced at any time in writing. Please provide your name, surname and e-mail address.
